As an exclusive bonus, all editions of the Nexus Deluxe Omnibus Volume 1 will contains a download code to obtain a digital version of the original “First Flexi-Comic” from Nexus issue #3 (vol.1). This long lost audio treasure from 1981 has been remixed and remastered in high-fidelity digital audio.
Each of these planned oversized hardcover volumes in the omnibus line will contain between 864 pages to 912 pages of content, with every page meticulously remastered and inspected by Mike Baron himself, making this the definitive Nexus collection.
Baron’s writing style, known for its grounded approach and science fiction sensibilities, gave Nexus its distinctive tone and themes. Rude’s visual style, influenced by artists like Alex Toth and Jack Kirby, evolved throughout the series, eventually establishing a signature look that became synonymous with Nexus.
